Balsamic Honey Pulled Pork Sweet Potato Sliders
Yield: 4-6 servings
Ingredients:
1/2 recipe Easy BBQ Pulled Pork (Recipe below)
1/2 recipe The Best Coleslaw Ever
1 package crinkle cut sweet potato fries, such as Alexia
1/3 cup drained mild yellow pepper rings
Directions:
Bake sweet potato fries as directed on package. Cool slightly 5 minutes. To assemble sliders, place 1-2 heaping tablespoons of pulled pork on one sweet potato fry. Top with slaw and a few yellow pepper rings. Top with another sweet potato fry approximately the same size. Repeat until no more fries remain. Serve warm.

| 1/4 cup | Honey |
| 3/4 cup | Ketchup |
| 1 | Sweet or dill pickles |
| 1 tbsp | Worcestershire sauce |
Baking & Spices
| 1/2 tsp | Black pepper, ground |
| 1/3 cup | Brown sugar, packed |
| 1/4 tsp | Salt |
