This jam is made with fresh blackberries and in small batches. The jam is given its lovely consistency with lemon juice rather than added pectin. The addition of Chambord gives it a unique flavor. Try it on a cracker, mixed into some Greek yogurt, or maybe even indulge in some ice cream! If you're a meat eater, try it with grilled lamb!
