A chicken salad with curry, grapes and slivered almonds

Ingredients
- 3 cups diced cooked chicken ( I used a rotisserie chicken)
- 1 stalk celery, diced
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 1½ cups seedless red grapes, halved
- ½ cup toasted slivered almonds
- ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon curry powder
- ¾ cup light mayonnaise
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until combined. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving to let flavors blend together. Serve over lettuce or on a pita as a wrap.
