Materials: Bread flour, olive oil, fresh rosemary, fresh garlic, salt, egg
one round loaf of Garlic Rosemary Bread. It's made with bread flour, fresh garlic cloves, and rosemary from my own garden. An egg wash brushed on before baking is what gives it that beautiful shiny golden brown color. It's delicious dipped in a bit of salted olive oil or toasted and smeared with salted butter.
I recommend re-heating it in your oven before slicing so the outside gets a chance to re-crisp. There are no preservatives artificial colors or flavors here. It's just wholesome, baked goodness! It's a nice size, enough for a family of 4 or 5 to have with dinner.
