Our Low Carb Thick Pizza crust is 8 Oz and 9″ in diameter. Only 8 net carbs for the whole thing! Keep Frozen and will last 6+months. Defrost in fridge or microwave for 10-15 seconds at a time as to not dry it out. The best way to cook is bake at 350 degrees for 5-7 min and then take out and add your toppings. Then cook for 7-9 minutes more at the same temp.
