- ½ a small avocado, cubed (around 50 grams)
- ½ cup black beans
- 2 tablespoons of non-fat, plain Greek yogurt
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix.
- Serve on bread, over a salad, on crackers, or anyway you want!
