Honey, Bacon, Brie and Walnut Flatbread
serves 4
- 2 packages Stonefire Original Naan (4 flatbreads)
- 1 lb thick sliced bacon
- 8 oz brie cheese, sliced thin
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Cook bacon until crispy. Chop each slice into 3 or 4 pieces.
Preheat oven broiler on high.
Place 1/4 of bacon slices on top of each flatbread. Drizzle 1 Tbsp honey over each flatbread. Top each flatbread with 1/4 brie cheese slices and 1 Tbsp chopped walnuts.
Place flatbreads on baking sheet and broil until cheese is melted, 2 or 3 minutes.
