Fabio started isiBisi in 2010 with a simple goal: sell pasta made from healthy nutrients to meet the demand of food-conscious Americans. isiBisi’s pasta is made from rice and corn crops sustainable harvested in the Po plane region in Northern Italy. Each pasta cut is produced in small batches in a certified gluten-free facility near Venice, under the strict supervision of the isiBisi family. Fabio has perfected isiBisi proprietary pasta recipe through the years, working on the flavor and texture of his pasta while collecting feedback from the brand loyal customers: “I want everybody to enjoy pasta because we all know good ingredients impact our health and well-being. The history of mediterranean diet and some of the modern research have proven which ingredients are best for a healthy living. It is not difficult, but it takes passion for food and a strong commitment to offer truly healthy products to the American consumers.” Today Fabio travels America participating at all major food and gourmet trade shows, personally cooking and serving isiBisi pasta on-site.
