Ingredients
- Medium-size Yukon Gold potatoes
- Bouillon Cubes
- Fat cream cheese
- Fresh garlic clove
- Warm milk
- Crumbled bacon
- Salted butter 4 tablespoons
- Chopped meat of Maine lobster 1 and ½ cup
- Finely sliced red onion ½
- Finely chopped red pepper ½
- Virgin olive oil
Preparation
- Take a large pot and fill it with sufficient water so that it submerges potatoes
- Add the fresh garlic clove and two boullion cubes to the water in the pot
- Keep the pot covered until the water in it reaches the boiling point
- Chop the potatoes in the meanwhile
- Add potato slices to the boiling water
- Cook until the potato pieces become so soft that a fork can easily penetrate them
- Remove the potato slices or drain the water out of the pot
- Take the potato slices together and mash them
- Add butter, milk, cheese and salt to it and blend the ingredients well
- Take a saucepan with some olive oil
- Add onion slices and the chopped red pepper to the pan
- Deep fry them until they turn brown and then, add the potato pulp to the pan
- Fold the chopped lobster meat and crumbled bacon pieces into the potato pulp
- Blend them well and the recipe is ready to serve hot
