ORGANIC CRESTE DI GALLO
This fun new cut takes its name from a rooster's cockscomb. Not as common as many of Semolina's other pasta shapes, but fun to cook with. It can easily replace macaroni in any of your favorite dishes, since its shape complements hearty and creamy sauces.
