- 1 and 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup sliced onion
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 sliced jalapeno
- 8 ounces provolone cheese
- salt
- pepper
- Three Bakers Gluten Free Hamburger Buns
- Sautee onion, mushrooms, and jalapeno.
- Mix hamburger meat with salt and pepper.
- Divide into four portions.
- Press out each portion into thin circle.
- Fill with sliced cheese and onion mixture.
- Fold hamburger over and seal.
- Grill to desired doneness.
