Our fresh pasta cuts are prepared on the day they are shipped. Fresh pasta cuts arrive fresh and chilled. They can be ordered in 5 lb. increments. Fresh pasta is packaged in 5 - 16 oz plastic containers. They may be kept in the refridgerator for 3 days or placed in an air tight container and frozen up to 4 months.
