Santa Fe Breakfast Croissants

Ingredients
- 6 croissants
- Spicy Home Style Potatoes
- 1 cup cheese, grated (any type cheese will work)
- 2 ripe avocado, pitted and sliced
- ⅔ cup salsa, mild or medium
Instructions
- Cut croissants in half.
- Add home style potatoes to croissants.
- Top with grated cheese.
- If needed, heat in microwave for 20-25 seconds to melt the cheese.
- Add sliced avocados
- Top with salsa.
- Enjoy!
