Ingredients
- 16 ounces cream cheese
- 8 ounces plain yogurt
- 1 2/3 cup Swiss cheese, grated
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup green onions
- 1 1/3 ham steak, diced
- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll sheet, or rolls
- Salt & pepper to taste
Directions
Prepare an 8-inch spring form pan, otherwise known as a cheesecake pan by spraying with cooking oil.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Remove outer ring of spring form pan. Place crescent roll sheet on the bottom of the spring form pan, cut away excess dough. Then add back the side of the spring form pan. Place in oven and bake for 8 minutes.
Remove pan from oven and set aside. Reduce oven temperature to 325 degrees.
Prepare cheesecake.
In a large mixing bowl beat together cream cheese, yogurt, eggs, and flour until well combined. Stir in grated Swiss cheese, ham steak and 1 cup green onion. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Add cream cheese mixture into pan.
Place in preheated oven of 325 degrees and bake for 60-65 minutes or until set. Cool on a wire rack. Cover and chill at least 2-3 hours.
Serve and top with chopped green onions.
Notes
Total time does not include time to chill the cheesecake.
