Three Cheese Mac and Cheese with Goat Cheese
Ingredients
¾ pound penne
1½ cups heavy cream or half-and-half
3 tablespoons finely chopped yellow onion
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons all purpose flour
5 ounces goat cheese
3 ounces sharp white cheddar, shredded
½ cup packed freshly grated Parmesan
2 tablespoons sour cream
¾ teaspoon lemon zest
1½ teaspoons chopped fresh thyme
